Surf Rat is the all around nice guy. He loves his friends, family, and his car; a VW bug named Gidget.
Surf Rat is basically a kid
at heart, and enjoys video games, toys and considers caffeine
a major food group.
When he's not out goofing off with Spencer, Surf Rat is with his sweetheart, Savannah. He likes to quote movies,
sing show tunes, and he's a good whistler too!
